Kyle Schneberg | Associate Attorney
As a trial lawyer, Kyle Schneberg has recovered millions of dollars for persons who have suffered serious injuries due to the careless acts of others, including premises liability, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, products liability, and car accident claims. Kyle has considerable experience handling the claims of elders who were seriously neglected while in the care of others.
At the beginning of his career, Kyle defended the largest insurance company headquartered in Los Angeles before later defending the largest nursing home chain in the state of California. Through defense work, Kyle learned about the substantial efforts of corporations to avoid responsibility for their dangerous choices. But Kyle stopped defending corporations several years ago and committed to help unfortunate persons who were seriously injured through no fault of their own.
Kyle obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
In addition to litigating injury claims, Kyle has dedicated his time to the Barristers Domestic Violence Project, Break the Cycle: Empowering Youth to End Domestic Violence, the Traditional Trial Advocacy Project, the Trial Lawyers College and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform.
